Tassel Perm neutralizer, 1000 ml

Neutralising liquid for perms. Stabilises and fixes curls or the result of hair straightening, balancing the hair’s pH level for a long-lasting and healthy finish.

Directions for use: Using 120 ml of Tassel Neutraliser, follow these steps:

1. Rinse the hair thoroughly while the rollers are still in place using plenty of water, then carefully towel-dry.
2. Apply the neutraliser and leave it to act for at least 5 minutes.
3. Remove the rollers and saturate the hair with neutraliser again.
4. Leave it to act for a further 3 minutes.
5. Rinse the hair thoroughly and style as required.

Precautions: Contains hydrogen peroxide. Avoid contact with eyes. If the product comes into contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Do not use on children under 3 years of age. Wear suitable protective gloves.
