To use:
Gently massage the shampoo into the scalp and throughout the length of
the hair. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Repeat the process if
necessary for a deeper cleansing.

To use:
after shampooing with T-PLEX Shampoo, apply the required amount of mask
to damp, towel-dried hair from root to tip. Leave on for 3-5 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
