RefectoCil liquid oxidant (3%) is specifically designed for use with RefectoCil paints for eyebrows and eyelashes. 
Application: Add 10 drops of RefectoCil liquid oxidant (3%) and 2 cm of paint, mix using the application stick. After that apply the paste to eyelashes and eyebrows following the instructions from the RefectoCil paints.
