RefectoCil creamy developer (3%) is specially formulated for use with RefectoCil eyelash and eyebrow tints. The developer mixes easily with the tint, creating a smooth consistency that is very easy to apply to eyebrows and eyelashes. The compact developer packaging ensures precise dosing with each use. The creamy consistency of the mixture prevents it from spilling.
Directions for use: Add 20-25 drops of RefectoCil creamy developer (3%) per 2 cm of tint, mix until smooth using the applicator. Apply the paste to eyebrows or eyelashes, then follow the RefectoCil instructions for use.
